Q: Why should I choose Arronza Azard Counseling Services as my counseling partner?

A: I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 18 years of experience, and I understand that life can be tough. I get it. There are many counselors out there, but not everyone is licensed nor trustworthy.

Q: Will my session(s) be kept confidential?

A: Absolutely. Licensed Professional Counselors are bound by oath of confidentiality. Your treatment plan, personal information, and all related data will be held in strict confidence.

Q: How long do appointments last?

A: A typical appointment will last 50 minutes, and may span for several sessions.

Q: Are health insurances accepted?

A: Yes, we currently accept Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Federal Employees-BCBS, and Office of Group Benefits (LA State Group).

Q: I don't have health insurance, do you accept private pay clients?

A:  Yes, we accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and Health Savings Account (HSA) payments. The cost per session is $140.00 per session.
All payments must be paid at the time services are rendered.
